Wen Ho Lee says he was racially targeted

WASHINGTON -- U.S. nuclear scientist Wen Ho Lee said that he was targeted as a spy because of his race, in his book released Tuesday.

In ''My Country Versus Me,'' coauthored with Helen Zia he wrote that he was singled out by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) because he was Chinese.

Chinese Premier begins Indian visit

NEW DELHI -- China's Premier Zhu Rongji arrived in India Sunday from Bangladesh on an official five-day visit.

Zhu was invited by Indian Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee and is the first Chinese leader to visit India in 11 years.
