Hong Kong beats SARS

HONG KONG -- The World Health Organization (WHO) declared Monday that Hong Kong was 'free of SARS' ending a major crisis for the territory.

After the WHO removed the territory from its travel advisory last month, Hong Kong has not reported any new SARS case.

ASEAN ministers meet in Cambodia

PHNOM PEHN -- Foreign ministers from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) will meet Monday to discuss a wide range of issues including free trade and regional security.
