on 'human rights'
BEIJING -- China Monday released a report on
the human rights record of the United

a week after the United States issued

The Information Office of the State Council
of the People's Republic of China published
the six-point report. Beijing accuses the
U.S. of taking the role of ''world judge
of human right'' while distorting the record
of other countries and ignoring its own
rights-related problems.
