Pakistan: Not close to arresting bin Laden

ISLAMABAD -- Pakistan Wednesday denied reports it was close to arresting al-Qaeda mastermind Osama bin Laden.

Minister for Information Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said that inaccurate foreign media reports were based on ''misquotation'' of certain officials.

Pakistan: Bin Laden sons arrested

ISLAMABAD -- A Pakistani home minister claimed that two sons of Osama bin Laden had been capture Friday in southeastern Afghanistan.

Provincial Home Minister Sanaullah Zehri said that Saad bin Laden and Hamza bin Laden had been arrested in a joint operation with U.S. special forces.
