Musharraf: Brace for new wave of terrorism

ISLAMABAD -- Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf Thursday said his country was under renewed attack by terrorists.

Police rounded up 23 extremists on Wednesday night after a suicide bomber crashed into a Karachi bus kiling 15 people and injuring 23 others. There were 11 French nationals among the dead and 12 among the injured.

Rescue crews have recovered more than 60 bodies so far from the crash site which is not far from the city of Dalian.

112 presumed dead after China plane crash

DALIAN, China -- A China Northern Airlines MD-82 airliner carrying 103 passengers and nine crew crashed Tuesday off the coast of Liaoning Province in northeast China.

Rescue crews have recovered more than 60 bodies so far from the crash site which is not far from the city of Dalian.
