I agree with you: Paula has trained incredibly hard and has fantastic genetics, but it seems likely she has also used some bodybuilding drugs. In addition to what you mention, I have seen some pictures which show acne on her arms and shoulders, which can be a sign of using enhancing drugs. I suspect all top bodybuilders of both sexes (and all weightlifters who compete in events where there is no drug checking) use drugs.
Still, her physique is most remarkable. Such symetry and shape combined with such fantastic muscle developement!! I've seen her in person and in pictures and she is a joy to behold. She is also shy and humble and appears genuine.
