For those interested here is an update:

Paula set the women's world record in the bench press last year: 403 1/2 lbs at a bodyweight of 160. Next week (March 3,2001) she will attempt to bench at least 405 at a bodyweight of just 148 lbs. !!! at the Arnold Swarzenegger Classic in Columbus Ohio. That is 2.7 times bodyweight !
