Too spicey! Take out the chili, cilantro, fenugreek and ginger, or at least reduce ginger by half.
If you want extra spice, try a Tibetan shamdur sauce:
2 garlic cloves, crushed and minced
2 tbsp shoyu sauce
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp tomato puree
