I have searched all the Chinese cookbooks
looking for the recipe of the white silky steam rice cake. I haven't found it yet. I would like to know what ingredient makes it so porous and shiny and would like to prepare it myself. I hope someone out there will be kind enough to share her recipe. Thanks.
