Ingredients are available on asian food store
A) 1 bar gulaman (agar-agar) (1-1/2” x 9.5” size)
4 cups water
In saucepan, add water and gulaman (broken into pieces) and cook in medium heat, until dissolved, then strain in a bowl (press any lump left in the strainer)
Pour in a small pan (such as 8” or 9” square or round glass or stainless steel pan).
Set aside to let it harden (like a firm jello)
B) 3 cups water
2 pandan leaves ( these leaves can be 2 to 3 feet long, its wrap in bundles, in clear plastic, and can be found in the frozen shelves of Asian or Filipino super food store.
Heat the water in medium heat with the pandan leaves - to infused the
flavor and aroma of the pandan leaves, for 10 minutes.
Discard the pandan leaves. Set aside, let cool.
C) 2 frozen coconut juice with meat (10.5 oz. plastic container)
1 or 2 packages of frozen young shredded coconut meat (in a plastic bag)
Half of 1 can of condensed milk (organic kind are available in coop or health food store)
Let the the frozen food thawed.
In a large bowl, combined coconut juice, coconut meat, condensed milk and pandan water.
Add the gulaman, cut in small cubes. Mix with few ice cubes and ready to serve.
