I am 30 years of age and very fustrated about the acne on my face..i have had spots before but not as bad as what i am experiencing now! I have tried everything and nothing has worked, i have now asked my gp to refer me to the dermetologist. i am so paranoid of my face, it makes me cry everyday...is there anything i can do...please HELP
