Walking is a safe exercise to strengthen heart and lungs.

Stretching with deep breathing is non-aerobic exercise believed by many to benefit lungs and circulatory system.

To cleanse lungs use herbs like garlic, mullein, chrysanthemum, honeysuckle and fenugreek. Drink plenty of water at same time.

N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) is considered good nutrient for lungs. Pleurisy Root is considered nutritive for lungs.

Brown rice, bananas, sweet potatoes, oatmeal are types of foods that are good for lungs.
