well my grandma told me this well first you wash your face before you take a shower with like well personally i use proactive and then the next morning i get the PLAIN oatmeal and you put a lil about 1/2 of cup of water into a bowl then mix a lil oatmeal put it inthe microwave for 30 or 40 seconds and apply to you face and rub into you face then take off the chunks then rise ur face. I hope it works !! try it
