Yes, eggs are high in immunoglobulins, antibodies and immunoregulatory agents contained in the yolk and inherited from the hen. There are some eggs that come from hens specifically vaccinated for certain pathogens known as hyperimmune eggs and taken to strengthen the immune system.
They do the same thing with bovine and other types of colostrum, the milk of cow, goat, buffalo, etc. that has just given birth. This is known as "immune milk" and also contains all the antibodies of the mother, which are inherited by the calfs.
Studies have shown that ordinary table eggs, though, have the same antibody count and quantity of immunoregulators as hyperimmune eggs. These antibodies though do not register in your own immune system memory, so they run out eventually. So as the young calf or chick grows up they lose their immunity inherited from their mother and have to develop their own immunity.
