Dear Sir, I am a life member of the Tibetan Medical Association (?correct name) who lived in bhutan for a year in 1983. I have recently moved to cincinnati and lost contact with the Dharmsala headquarters. I had a horoscope cast by Mr. Lhawang several years ago, (it has been very accurate to date) and would like to have a horoscope cast for a friend, as well as to get back in touch with the Tibetan Association.
