Y would like to know where there is a possibility to make a videoconference call (ISDN or IP technology) here in Buenos Aires, Argentina to Changchun, (jilin)China. Using a videoconference equipment like Polycom, Tanberg, Aethra, etc.
It seems very difficult to find a public room in that particular city of China.
Our client needs to make a videoconference with his customer the next week, for about 1 hour.
We are a little hurry with this issue.
