Anyone have any experience or knowledge on the self defense taught to Israeli millitary and special forces? I heard the Mossad have an even more developed system. Supposed to be much better than anything U.S. military has.
Wonder how advanced or authentic any such training could really be then, outside of Israel? Have seen some places advertise they teach it, but...
Supposedly, Krav Maga employs training methods that re-condition an individuals reflexive system to respond instantly to any threat level and to be able to escalate as required on demand.
A core principal is said to be a faster learning curve to what they call 'natural' defensive actions with all movement defined for 'street' applications.
I have very little experience outside of the karate club in college (3 years ago) and the one year oomyungcult I belonged to for about a year. Any experience or commendations / comments appreciated.
