To get mew, you go to Ceruelean (probably spelled wrong), but make sure you have a poke'mon that knows teleport or fly. Anyway, you can't have already beaten the Jr. poke'mon trainer in the grass or the second youngster with the Slowpoke on the way to Bill's house. First, beat the first hiker. Then, save where the boy in the grass can't see you. Go to where you are in front of the boy, but he is barely out of screen shot. Take one pace south, but as soon as you take that step, press start. If he sees you, you will have to turn off your game and do it again. When the start menu pops up, go to the poke'mon that knows fly or teleport and go to Ceruelean city poke'mon center. Now don't be alarmed if you can't use start or the a button, this is normal. Go to the youngster with the slowpoke and beat him. Go to nugget bridge and the start menu will pop up. Press the b button to exit it. A wild mew should appear! I would advise you to have a low-level poke'mon with sleep powder, sing, etc., as it is only level seven. This cheat works, beacase I caught a mew. It's name is KitKat. Good luck! Oh! by the way, the start and the a button will work after this!
