First fly to pacifidlog then go in the currents, stay near the bottom.There will be a bit where you need to use dive. use dive and read the braile at the back then use dive. you are in the sealed chamber go to the back of the room read the braile on the main rock( middle section). Now use dig press yes and a door will appear in front of you. go trough have wailord first and relicanth last read the braile and there will be an earthquake 'something opened far away'. REGIROCK, In the sandstorm place near lavaridge go to the bottom, there will be a cave go in and read the braile then go two left then two down after this use rock smash and there is regirock. If you have duplicated pokemon with master balls held then you will have more than one master ball so use one if not get about 60 ultra balls and work its health down to red. SAVE BEFORE YOU BATTLE.
