LONDON: Absent fathers could be electronically tagged in an attempt to force them to pay for their children's upkeep, newspapers have reported.
Courts would be given powers to seize their passports and impose night-time curfews on the worst offenders under proposals to tighten the system, the Sun said.

Ministers welcome Kiro's plan to help children

Children's Commissioner Cindy Kiro's plan for a comprehensive 'safety net' to help reduce child abuse and support young people has been enthusiastically received by the Government.
Ms Kiro's plan is based on the experience of welfare authorities in other countries – an integrated framework to track children's health, safety and education from birth to adulthood.

All and at the same time, another programme is being introduced either to trial or test for an English Company looks at ways of locking up the whole family in prison successfully. This is shifting the prison into the community where ex screws run Community Housing Projects as Tenancy Managers.

The worse part is that if National wins the next election, they will simply continue with the same family policies since it’s a Western strategy.

Our families, our culture, and our beliefs face serious threats in the future.
