well, i would blame mostly the usa.
the spy plane should not have been there in the first place. i don't see why some countries feel the need to spy, they should mind their own business.
even though the chinese person who was flying his plane supposedly caused the accident, the usa should of apologised (properly). i mean, this man died, and they acted as if they (the american government) didn't care at all. what nice people.
both sides should of apologised.
if the americans hadn't of been there then this would of never happened.
i feel very sorry for the family of the man who died from this.
i hope that all of this is will be over soon. the sooner, the better.
