To the above comment regarding the truth about TOngan history and whether they are pure blood or not, I think you should actually follow up on the links provided and I need to point out that the writer extracted his facts from published and well noted documents and you ought to read them and follow up before you make such assumptions diplay a negative and biased view. A well educated person would submit facts and hard data that they are able to argue with instead of diplaying immaturity over the net. I am of mixed breed and linked to Tonga but you should not condemn pacific scholars regardless of what island they are from without evidence that there work is wrong. I commend the writer and proud that a polynesian has taken the time to discover and research our heritage and you have taken it out of context, he did by no means segregate Tongas as been less polynesian than others he merely stated a scientific genetic fact..I may add even I learnt that as a child in NZ, so was does that mean? So insttead of being offended I suggest you check your history and data properly or give the names of these scientists and so forth...ya'll take care now..
