PYC [Pilipino Youth Coalition]'s Revelation
Rev.e.la.tion\ n : an act of, or something revealed or a manifestation of
divine truth. A truth of which many are unaware of. Unaware of a whole other
world of existence. Exsistence which is the only luxury THEY posses. Possesed
by a society that lost hope. Hope is what can be manifested. Manifested in a
divine truth.
a nite to express, benefit those who are less fortunate, entertain, educate
and share. filled with the elements of hip hop, open mic: flowing/spoken
word/beat boxing, breaking, graffitti art/art exhibit around the room, DJing,
flowing, spoken word, and anything else i forgot to mention.
day: Friday, December 3, 1999
time: 5pm-11pm
where: 'Filipinos for Affirmative Action' office in Union City.
what to bring: you and an open mind [everyone is welcome!]
food: yes there is food! [sorry it's not free.. but cheap!]

What is PYC?
The Pilipino Youth Coalition is a non profit organization founded in 1996 in
the Tri-City area. Since then , PYC has grown in membership and now
encompass' members from all over Alameda County. PYC aims at fostering
cultural identity and awareness among youth through education, community
service, and recreation, while encouraging academic achievement and the
development of leadership, public speaking, and community organizing skills.
