White people practice supremacy first as a method of genocide, secondly as a means of exploiting the labor of non-whites. In the energetic independent Germanic peoples who did not depend on slavery preferred the first method, while the Southern Europeans and British preferred the second. The Anglo-Saxons have lost much of their independent spirit after exploiting the labor of Celtic and Pictish peoples for so long.
You are entirely correct in your statement that whites have largely been unsuccessful in the genocidal priority. In fact, the tables have turned and the white people especially the white Europeans are actually regressing in population growth. At the same time, most non-whites continue to grow rapidly. Even in Africa, supposedly stricken by the AIDS virus, population forecasts still predict rapid growth.
There is a continuous flow of people from the South to the North. Everyday, black people from sub-Saharan and Saharan Africa cross the Straits of Gibraltar illegally into Europe. This flow of 'blacks' and 'browns' into 'white' regions also taking place in the Americas has greatly increased the racial anxieties of white people with racist leanings.
White supremacy is based on a deeply-set fear of the 'other' and a belief often subconscious that it is impossible for people of different 'races' to live together equally. There must be a constant struggle with the other leading to enslavement or complete elimination of the non-white.
Some white supremacists have even come to take a peaceful solution to the problem of race. They simply want to protect 'their' territority and genetic integrity. They are willing to peacefully 'help' non-whites to leave 'their' lands even when these lands are stolen from others. This new brand of white supremacist has realized that the goal of genocide is no longer practical. They are seeking instead to protect the ill-gotten gains they had stolen from others and to prevent excessive co-mingling with others. They have not given up the dream of white world domination but they wish to do so only from afar and through subtle influence.
Another type of white supremacist seeks world domination through assimilation. Unlike the type just discussed, this mutation of racist thinking proposes that whites can acutally dominate through co-mingling. They are much looser in what defines a 'white' person. In fact, they often use the reverse of the 'one drop' rule. Even a completely non-white person can be considered white if they just try to act white in the most extreme form of this type of racism.
Obviously the goal here is not genetic genocide but cultural genocide and enslavement, especially mental enslavement, of the non-white. In societies where this type of racism is practiced as in 'Latin' America, the whites often constitute only a small minority. However, the rest of the population has been brain-washed after centuries of failed genocide and enslavement. They become default 'whites.' In these societies, there is much propaganda about blood quantum and paternal descent.
Since the more independent form of racism as practiced by the vigorous Germanic peoples has and is largely failing, this latter type is becoming far more prevalent. Even many persons of blond Germanic descent are realizing that this is the only possible scenario in achieving the goal of total world domination.
The battleground, thus, is one in which whites and non-whites will be living in the same areas. The time will come when 'white flight' will no longer be possible except for a very tiny minority of extremely wealthy persons.
