It shows how little you actually know about Tonga and our Tongan society and yes we may not be pure Polynesian as you said and we may have Fijian and Samoan blood but the fact remains is that Tonga was settled first! Lapita Pottery found on Nukuleka village on Tongatapu confirms that the Lapita Pottery found there is much older then those found in Samoa, thus Tonga was already settled by Tongans (original lapita people) and the inter-mixing with Samoa and Fiji came in later as you confirmed. So hate to burst your bubble but the Tongans will always be the first to settle the Polynesian islands and you just have to take second place! Read it and weap!
