I have an excellent business opportunity that can make my investor alot of money over time.
I will set up and run a Luxury Mobile Home Park. This whole concept is already planned out.
What I need is $300,000.00 to $500,000.00 depending on area to get this going.
The investor will recieve 50% of the rental base for life. it will take about a year and a half to fill all sites, but at 200 rental sites that comes to $20,000.00 per month for life or $240,000.00 per year for life.
