In regards to Mr. Tobin and Mr. Dobins, the way they operate is very intelligent. It's a classic pyramid scheme BUT it's difficult to differentiate between the ones they get funding for and the ones that they don't. They will approve the ones THEY feel are viable and by-pass the others. The entire time, the fees they DO charge, when they do, is only 50% secured, meaning, in the event they are UNsuccessful, they would consider remitting 50% BACK, keeping the other 50% as 'fees earned'. Either way, the entrepreneur's comany is not funded, only time spent with the entrepreneur out of 1/2 of the up front costs paid. Even with a background check, these guys are so crafty, what may NOT be legit is only 1/2 legit BUT to the 'naked eye', it is definitive. Anything that is not 100% accurate is INaccurate but to the 'naked eye', it's what Mr. Tobin SAYS it is.
