Iran to hide nuclear program if sanctions imposed

Larijani suggested that Iran might quit the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty if the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) imposed sanctions on his country.
IAEA chief Mohamed ElBaradei admits they have no hard evidence of any Iranian muclear arms program, which makes it difficult to justify any international punitive action against Iran.
