Invocation

Let us pray.
Lord God Our Father, Thank you for the blessings
we received in the years gone by
And we thank you for the graces we are about to receive
In this New Year and years to come
We implore you to include with good physical health,
A bouquet of spiritual joy in the service of our fellow men
Tempered with humility, but enriched with joyful fellowship
Let not authority, power or success cloud the essence
of the purpose of our efforts
Lord, lift not only our arms, but also our hearts and souls
So that we may be nearer to you, now and forever
