Invocation September

Bless us Lord with this gift of prayer
May we have recourse to this each time we are lost
in the wilderness of life
Let it kindle in our souls the fire of determination
and patient toil so that at the end of each day
We can reach to the sky, lean back a little,
wipe our brows and say
We have found our way,
We have done our best.
