Here you go with the cassava bibingka recipe:
Cassava Bibingka
1 cup grated cassava
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
3tbsp macapuno preserve
1 can coconut milk
1tsp melted butter
Grease 10' x 10' baking dish. Mix ingredients well and place in dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cool before slicing.
I would aslo top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Bon appetit!
