Here's an easy recipe for tonkatsu sauce:

TONKATSU SAUCE
1/4 cup. Ketchup
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcesterhsire sauce
2 tsp. saki (rice wine)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Just mix'em together.
