1 lb. ground meat, any meat you prefer ( I use chicken white meat )

2 big onions ( white)

salt and pepper, and a bit of ground cardamon (optional)

wanton wrapper

Procedure:

Combine ingredients and spoon a small portion in the wanton wrapper
Bring the wrapper ends together (moistened) and pinch to closed.
Steam for 30 or 40 min., or until done.

Sauce:

1/2 cup plain yogurt

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

salt and pepper to taste

Mix and pour on the momos or use as a dip
