Good sources of lactobacteria include yogurt, kefir, miso, shoyu (soy) sauce, tamari sauce that has not been pasteurized or artifically preserved and contains live cultures.

The use of clays as absorbing binders is becoming increasingly popular. Volcanic clays are said to have magnetic properties that help draw toxins including heavy metals and mycotoxins from the gut (and the blood?).
