Made my first order with these guys and it didn't arrive, after 10 days I received a letter from customs saying they seized my goods. Gutted. I checked the terms and sent them the seizure letter and they stuck to their word and resent a replacement free of charge to another address. Didn't start great but the job was sorted in the end. That is good to know they are like that, many a time you get no response to these problems with other sites.
