Well, they were there. Maybe it was their opportunity to just carry stuff into the school. Who knows. The point is, the entire crowd of local instructors (minus anyone 4th degree and above, of course) was at the school, bringing stuff into it. So, maybe they weren't, technically, building it out, but they were there, wasting their Saturday. Does that make it clearer?
