If I go buy a Diamond for $10,000, and the Diamond cutter see's I don't know enough about Diamonds to know the difference, so he delivers a Cubic Z, is that MY fault?? NO, it is not. he sold me a Cubic Z, and charged me the price of a Diamond, AND told me he sold me that Diamond. That is downright fraud. In some circles violent retrabution would be demanded.
Now, if later, I discover the deception, don't you think I should get my $$ back??
