I'm sorry, but in most courts in the nation, having a black belt in an art is all anyone needs to speak with expertise on that art. Much less higher belts. If the belt does not confer expertise, it is not much of a black belt, is it?
Of course, I THOUGHT I was awarded certain belts under an organization that the moo organization admitted on camera was not a real organization. I believe that constitutes a more serious offence than libel or slander. It might even justify a law suit as well. You see, I paid for the training and the test fees, but the organization didn't exist. Mind you, back then, we weren't given the contracts, but there's plenty of witnesses. And a lot of old associates of yours. Do you really want to get them all involved?
