Exactly how does one become authorized to preform tang non? Do you actually think that human movement can be 'trademarked'? Why would it be 'illegal' to continue to practice something one was taught. For example, if I received a degree from Harvard, then said that I did not want to associate with Harvard any longer, would I have to forget all I learned? In the case of OY, they do try to 'take back' a certification once given, that is, in my opinion wildly arrogant. OY tries to prevent one from earning a living teaching exercises one learned in the school once they leave. OY needs their 'take'. Is a Harvard graduate expected to give 30% of his salary for the rest of his life to the school? No of course not. It is clearly an indefensable position. With the logic line you propose, all that imitate Michael Jordon's jump shot are 'not authouized' or Troy A.'s pass, or Super Mario's slapshot, wow, you are really in deep.
Additionally, seems like the preformance you speak of is a man's honest attempt to positivly assist the lives of others, by what moral code to you place yourself in judgement over that, how do you feel qualified to attempt to smash down this honorable act? Again, you dis-honor yourself. Sir...you are truly not a martial artist, you do not live by any recognisable martial code.
