O.K. So the guy screwed up, made a mistake because he did something. Exactly what did you try to do? MU doctrine sez it is better to screw up because you tried, than to screw up because you did not try. Sems like a hugh crowd tried to help with the NEAM group, better that than do nothing and let things fall apart. As I remember, everybody 'went on vacation' (code for prison) and just left without a plan to keep the national system going, that would have been much better, don't you think? If memory serves, seems like the schools numbered in the 30's when all were on vacation, when the releases started, the numbers dropped to the low 20's. Hmmmmmmmmmmm
