True, but it protects you that some members are anonymous. See, even if the moo somehow successfully sued a group of anti-moos, enough would slip through, and they'd rile up the future ex members. But if they could get us all in one fell swoop, they might do it, and that would slow up the process until a new generation came forward of disillusioned instructors.
As it is, the only person who has a near complete list has three id's all wrong. Because I'm not the only one who sees the merits of anonynimity. Of course, he probably wouldn't use that info for the wrong reasons, but if he did, oh well, three key guys would slip through.
The moo can cause me all the problems they want, they've got worse coming, and I don't even have to raise a finger.
This is also the reason that my address book for emails has a number of names of moos, some who feed me info, some who haven't the slightest idea I have their emails. That way, if I get hacked, all the wrong heads will likely roll in the main org. That's assuming they get past my firewall.
Of course, they're welcome to hack me at work. Sure, they'll spend the rest of their adult life in jail for it, and they'll get caught before they get anywhere, but it would crack me up, the headlines and all.
