thought libel or slander requires purposeful intent to cause harm, the harm must be calculable and it must be untrue. like what the Mooo says about non-Mooos. Credibility comes from credentials - and they have none.
if the truth is told, then there's no libel / slander. if a person expresses their individual opinion about what they observed or heard - its not a worry in most cases right? common sense.
besides, the moooo lied/lies about lineage, affiliation, size and resources, expected results, treatment of persons, even their core beliefs, identies etc. they dug up pictures from years ago to indicate and lead people to believe about an organization tha does not exist. so lets call that for right now...
FRAUD.
that's why they are smiling, people still pay them $$$ and for WHAT? to be duped?
