RD? Now here's an interesting individual. He claimed to reach 5th Section in 5 years (a confusing fact in itself) and then later admits he only reached 2nd Section. He believes himself to be an afficianado concerning martial arts yet he can show absolutely no credentials. The information he does put forth can be found in a book. Should I even bring up the fact that he talks to ghosts? Maybe he does?.?.? I read a post where RD stated he will post photos when he recovers from a bad back and loses some weight. I find it laughable that a supposed qualified instructor is having these issues?

This is simple, I was pushing too hard, for too long, not getting any sleep and I burned out. During this time I serously aggrevated an old back injury. I couldn't train Kung Fu for about 18 months, and I gained a good 35 pounds.

Now that I'm training again, I'm losing it.

Anyway you look at it, I'm STILL in better shape than some of those 'Nationals' you guys have running around, and I am STILL in better shape than that pic of Kim on Yahoo.

AND, I STILL know far more real martial arts than the lot of you all assembled in one room.

A guarentee, if you and I both took a rank beginner each, and trained them for a year, Mine would be stronger, faster and a better fighter in 12 months than yours.
