Hi,

My name is Margaret, and I stumbled across this board today. I had a chance to see Mr. Kim in my store yesterday (Friday). He was there with his good friends Tom White, Bob Sawinski, and some other instructor whos name is Hunter, I think (didn't catch the name, though I believe he's the one that paid!).

Anyway, I wanted to comment on my observations from yesterday. First off, Bob looked pretty chunky. I'm not sure what training he's been doing, but he certainly has been drinking a lot of lattes. Tom White looked horrible. Not much more to say about that. I wonder why he is always following Mr. Kim around like that. It's almost like he's a body guard or something. Of course, I can't understand why a martial arts grandmaster would need a body guard, but what do I know, I'm just a barista. Hunter seems like a nice guy, but I got the feeling they had him there for his money. Then there's Mr. Kim himself. I hear that he looks 45, but I didn't see it. I saw a man in his twilight years that looked like he was 65-75. Maybe it's the lighting in Starbucks, who knows. I could swear that I saw Grecian formula in his hair.

At any rate, please feel free to stop back into my store. In case you didn't know it, there's a Starbucks right near your house in the mall. There's also one across the street by the Albertsons. You don't have to travel all the way down here to Kearny Mesa, though I know our scones are a little bit different.

Your barista,

Margaret
