Actually this is not about personal damage at all. Other than wasting a few months, no damages were done. This is more about wanting to see a group that has lied for years taking accountability for what they say. If they won't tell the public the truth, they will tell the FTC the truth. As far as giving anyone 10 days to respond, I have a piece of literature from many years ago and one from just last week that show they have lied consistently over many years.
Further more, you can believe whatever you want. Apparently it is the lies that 0YD is telling, in which case you have already proven your lack of knowledge in the areas of martial arts history and culture.
Finally, you folks can continue to post anything negative about me that you want. Unfortunately, the only thing that will stop an FTC complaint from being filed is the truth.
