Actually you are wrong about pictures. A simple example.
It is easy to tell someones flexibility as long as they try. You cannot fake flexibility without someone being able to tell.
Also, if your logic was correct, then entire art shows of pictures would never occur. There is a differernc between an ordinary, lifeless photo and one that captures the interest of the viewer. Allpeople have to do is compare photographs, and they will immediately see a difference.
If what you say is true, then you should be able to pose in the same positions as Grandmaster 'Iron' Kim. So here is a public challenge (Which of course you would never accept): take photos of yourself, use a professional photographer and, heck, go in and alter the photos and then post them. Come on everyone. Try to show the public how easy the postions are to achieve that Grandmaster 'Iron' Kim's photo depict. That would be less time consuming and an extremely effective way to discredit 0yd and what it teaches.
As for videos, there are video in the schools. All soneone has to do is ask and I am sure whoever is there would be glad to let you view it.
