I'm curious, since the group seems so concerned about copyright infringement, which pics we are discussing that are under protection.
If it is the flagship pic, the one inside the files section is being used to discuss the validity of the 11 story jump, a use you will probably find is covered under fair use.
The cover page of the yahoo group is a similar pic. Frankly, I don't like it as a cover page, and am getting ready to propose a change to the others who help run that site. Considering that I did not own the site when that pic was used, I will not be bothered by your threats of litigation.
It seems to have never occured to you people to actually COMMUNICATE, all we've received is threats, and those threats make it seem like you are more about getting revenge for being questioned than about the copyrights themselves. Had one of you suggested that the cover for the yahoo group waws unacceptable, I might have agreed, though for different reasons(Kim is NOT my banner). Instead, you have resorted to cryptic threats here and elsewhere, and got nothing done doing it.
Now, which other pics are we discussing that you consider protected material?
