Anyone notice how over the decades, at instructor lessons, or seminars or now the weeklong worshiping, that the suposed 'higher learning' was just recently passed to those who are teaching?
Lower belts are duped into believing the teachers have practiced and understand the mooovemnts. But yet when mid-level instructors ask about this - the answer is always 'don't worry, the form wil be explained and even more miraculous (made up) mooovement is coming.'
Wake up, you are being duped.
But you have your herb bag, the fabulous herbs you could read about on your own if you took the time.
