Actually, the purpose of my site is not to advertise classes, it's to educate people about Tai Tzu Chang Chuan, and offer a central place to organise my research into the style. As a marketing tool, it is only support to a more direct campagne.
Remember, my club is mostly a series of programs run through park dists and Church multi use rooms or Elementary schools gyms. Currently, I am only running one Taji Quan for health program, and maybe looking into a corperate Taiji class for stressed out execs.
I use a direct marketing campagne, that refers users to my site for additional info on the styles and history. People driven to it already know where I'm teaching because the class address and times are on the same flyer that the URL is on.
This allows me to have a simple eye catching flyer, but also have easy access to more detailed info cheaply, and easily.
I'm not trying to draw bigger numbers from the internet. The store pays for the site plus a little, and is mostly used by people from the forums. The forums by the way are the biggest aspect of the site.
