Incorrect. All areas are now represented in the ranks of the anti moo, and almost all time periods. The problem only appeared to arise out of Chicago because the moo arose from Chicago, and so their story began there and reached fruition earlier than in other areas. The same problems arose in Minnesota and Cali, Florida and New England, under completely different instructors. A cursory reading of the court dockets on the yahoo group will demonstrate that well enough.
